Upload only content you have permission to share. You retain ownership of your content and permit the processing needed to provide the event gallery, wall and any approved physical order. Event hosts remain responsible for the content and permissions of their event.

Paid event packages are one-time purchases with the capacity and hosting window shown before payment. Organizer credits never expire and have no cash redemption value. Publishing an event consumes one organizer credit. Drafts do not consume credits.

Physical products are purchased separately. Review the artwork proof and delivery address before approval. Cancellation depends on the supplier’s production stage. Contact [email protected] promptly for damaged, incorrect or missing orders.

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another event, or abuse the service. We may restrict misuse while preserving appropriate routes to export or recover legitimate content.

Merchant identity, the applicable consumer cancellation/refund policy and jurisdiction-specific terms must be finalized before paid public launch. Purchases remain disabled until commerce configuration is approved.
