Privacy at EveSnap

EveSnap collects account details, event settings and the photos or videos you choose to upload. Event hosts control gallery access, moderation and which permitted photos appear in print collections.

Your choices

Joining an event does not opt you into marketing or printed products. Printing permission and corporate marketing permission are separate choices on upload. Contact the event host or [email protected] to request access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion. Printed products already in production cannot be recalled.

Service providers

Configured providers may process media for storage and moderation, payment details for checkout, and the artwork and shipping details needed to produce and deliver a physical order. EveSnap does not use facial identity matching. We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own models.

Retention

Gallery access follows the package’s stated hosting window. Access closes on expiry; expired media is scheduled for deletion after a recovery period. Financial records and order details may need to be retained separately for accounting and fulfillment.

Contact and launch information
